DNAzyme‑seq: A Single‑Cell Algorithm Linking Metal Ion Sensing to Transcriptomic Regulation

Description

This package provides a computational framework for the analysis of DNAzyme‑seq, a single‑cell multi‑omics approach that couples DNAzyme‑based metal ion sensing with transcriptomic readouts. The tools convert full‑length and cleaved DNAzyme readouts into quantitative single‑cell metal ion levels and integrate these measurements with mRNA sequencing data, enabling joint analysis of intracellular metal states and transcriptional responses. By integrating chemical sensing with single‑cell genomics, this package reveals metal‑dependent regulatory mechanisms that cannot be resolved by transcriptomics alone.
