Spectral Stability of Multilayer Networks: The Sigmazeta Protocol
Description
We study the stability of dynamical systems defined on multilayer networks. By representing the system connectivity through a supra-Laplacian operator, we derive a spectral stability criterion ensuring exponential disturbance decay. The resulting convergence time grows at most logarithmically with network size. This establishes a rigorous stability certificate for large interdependent systems.
