This paper examines the role of talent management strategies and key HRM practices in supporting organizational development, particularly during periods of expansion. The study focuses on major HR functions such as human resource planning, job analysis and job design, employer branding, employee value proposition, and talent acquisition strategies. The findings suggest that the effective integration of talent management with organizational objectives contributes to stronger employee engagement, improved productivity, and enhanced organizational performance.
