Description

We demonstrate that five independent classes of fusion plasma observables—power spectral density of edge fluctuations, Hurst exponents, ELM waiting-time statistics, pedestal gradient scaling, and anomalous transport exponents—are simultaneously predicted by a single topological invariant α = 6/5 from the Sephirotic graph Laplacian. No free parameters are adjusted. Across 55 measurements from 15 tokamak and stellarator devices, χ² = 7.75 with 55 degrees of freedom (p > 0.999). Standard models are excluded at significance levels from p < 0.05 to p < 10⁻¹². This establishes fusion plasma as the 13th domain unified by the coupled fractional PDE framework.
