Description
1) Design model PDBs for two-component quasi-symmetric cage building blocks, including C3-A and the C2-B linkers (α8, α10, α13, α20, α30, and α40).
2) A script to generate curved hexagonal motifs from C3-symmetric homotrimeric proteins and extract neighboring chain pairs for downstream design applications, such as RFdiffusion.
