A Structural Audit Framework for Cell-State Transition in Cancer Microenvironments

This work proposes a minimal structural audit framework for cell-state transition in cancer microenvironments. Rather than treating malignant transition solely as a late phenotypic event, it separates biological state into three layers: phenotypic state, architectural state, and coupling state. The framework introduces a retained-order score, a triadic audit layer, and a first-priority pilot system based on normal epithelial cells exposed to tumor-conditioned medium under short-horizon observation. The document is intended as a hypothesis-generating and experimentally testable interdisciplinary framework, not as a replacement for existing molecular oncology or tumor immunology.
