RELISH Preliminary Report
Description
This document offers a preliminary brief progression report for the RELISH project and provides short descriptions of tasks, deliverables, and milestones achieved in months 1–12 of the project, as well as objectives for the second year of the project.
It is a deliverable (D1.3) for the European Union-funded RELISH (Reframing European gastronomy Legacy through Innovation, Sustainability and Heritage) project, which innovates culinary recipes as digital and cultural tools to promote cultural heritage and connect with emerging adults.
