Analysis of the ADDIE Model Implementation in Innovative Learning Planning and Development

Effective learning planning requires teachers to be able to design the learning process systematically, creatively, and in accordance with the needs of students. The ADDIE model is a systematic and flexible instructional design framework used to assist educators in designing and evaluating the learning process effectively. This study aims to analyze the application of the ADDIE model in innovative learning planning and design through a literature review approach. The review was conducted by examining various scientific sources including journals, books, and previous research findings relevant to instructional design development. The analysis results indicate that the ADDIE model can enhance learning effectiveness by providing clear guidance ranging from needs identification, strategy design, media development, to learning outcome evaluation. The application of this model is also relevant to the characteristics of 21st-century learning which emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and the utilization of digital technology. However, its implementation in schools still faces challenges such as time constraints, limited facilities, and teachers' pedagogical competence. Therefore, continuous training support and educational policies that encourage learning innovation are needed. The ADDIE model serves as a strategic approach in creating adaptive, reflective, and student-centered learning.
