New Zealand Arthropod Collection holotype specimen Wikidata upload

An xls spreadsheet generated from an OpenRefine project to create holotype specimen Wikidata items using data sourced from the New Zealand Arthropod Collection symbiota occurance dataset held in GBIF as at the 04 January 2026 https://doi.org/10.15468/dl.h5tkwh. This data was formatted, reconciled against Wikidata and aligned with the Wikidata data model for Natural History type specimens using the Crosswalk for Natural History specimen data model - Wikidata documentation. Once prepared the OpenRefine project was used to generate Wikidata items for the holotype specimens held in the New Zealand Arthropod collection.
