PROGRAMS FOR ADAPTING POST-INJURY TRAINING IN TRAMPOLINE GYMNASTICS

Description

This article is dedicated to adaptation programs for trampoline gymnastics athletes’ training after injury. The study examined athletes’ physical, technical, and cognitive preparedness, as well as methods for optimizing the recovery process. These programs are designed to ensure safe and effective retraining, restore muscular and coordination functions, and maintain competitive performance levels. The article emphasizes the importance of an individual approach after sports injury, training intensity regulation, and a phased recovery system.
