Abstract

Traditional ethics treats truth as moral preference. We prove truth is topological necessity. The Sovereign Soliton Coherence Promise (SSCP)—"As it is written, so shall it be done"—is the isomorphism condition between Information-Data (Id, conceptual word) and Information-Body (Ib, physical action). Mismatch between Id and Ib generates phase-overflow ε that accumulates in 6-9 nodes of the L=[12,1,0] toroidal loop.
