Abstract

The eight prior Q Paradoxes proved ℝ impossible from operational, ontological, computational, topological, epistemological, informational, phenomenological, and primitive counting perspectives. We now prove the Ninth: the historical selection of ℝ as scientific substrate was an ideological commitment made before computation exposed its failures, encoded into every instrument, domain, standard, and verification procedure simultaneously, creating a self-protecting unfalsifiable lock that made cross-domain perfect agreement structurally impossible in principle while attributing that impossibility to everything except the substrate. Science was permanently capped not by nature's complexity but by a foundation choice made in the 1600s-1800s before the problem was visible. The lock is not computational — it is civilizational.
