Students' Engagement with Campus Faith Services: An Assessment of Awareness and Satisfaction in San Isidro College

Campus faith services play an important role in supporting the spiritual and moral development of students within the broader system of student support programs in higher education. However, limited institutional evidence exists regarding how effectively these services operate and how students perceive their accessibility and value. Understanding students’ awareness and satisfaction with these programs provides an important basis for improving faith-related initiatives and ensuring that they continue to support holistic student formation within the campus community. Information on students’ experiences with campus faith services was gathered through an online survey that reached 2,229 college students from different academic programs. Responses were examined using descriptive measures and group comparisons, while written feedback from students was reviewed to identify common ideas about their experiences with these services. This approach provided a clear and comprehensive view of how students become aware of, interact with, and evaluate faith-related programs within the campus community. The findings show that students are generally aware of several faith-related services offered on campus, particularly those that are regularly organized and clearly visible within the institution. Students also report positive satisfaction with services that provide direct moral guidance, personal support, and accessible spaces for spiritual reflection. However, differences in awareness and satisfaction across other programs suggest that some activities are less visible or less experienced by students. These results highlight the importance of strengthening communication, accessibility, and student engagement to ensure that faith services are consistently experienced as meaningful parts of campus life.
