Colored boxes on the right correspond to the three best species partitions produced by ASAP, sorted by ASAP score (lowest score = best partition), and to the species supported by BPP analyses for seven candidate species. Numbers above the colored boxes indicate the number of species partitions obtained and the ASAP score.
