This record contains data files which support the publication Claessens, Affara et al. (2017). Culture adaptation of malaria parasites selects for convergent loss-of-function mutants, Scientific Reports, 2017; 7 41303 DOI: 10.1038/srep41303
Genotyping data are currently released for a set of identified single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) which have been selected by multiple quality filtering procedures, aimed at reducing the number of false positives. These high-quality SNPs therefore represent the set of variations that we feel most confident to genotype.
Data files:
- variations-highQuality-4.0.20141201.tab: This file lists the high-quality SNPs and their characteristics.
- singleAllele-studyCode-4.0.20141201.tab: This file shows a SINGLE ALLELE GENOTYPE at each high-quality SNP, for each sample.
- multiAllele-studyCode-4.0.20141201.tab: This file shows a MULTIPLE ALLELE GENOTYPE at each high-quality SNP, for each sample.
- readCounts-studyCode-4.0.20141201.tab: This file shows the READ COUNTS for both alleles at each high-quality SNP, for each sample.
- samples.tab: This file contains metadata about the samples included in this release.
- README-HighQualityData.txt: A README file containing further details for each of the five files listed above.
