Delivering food to Indians gives them the opportunity to increase their spare income. There are benefits and drawbacks to becoming an online food delivery agent, according to earlier research. In the foreseeable future, the industry can achieve unthinkable heights if employee conditions improve and customer happiness rises. A happier workforce benefits the company. Thus, this study aims to investigate the working circumstances of these workers in Kolhapur.
