This paper introduces Cognitive Mirror, a structural observation engine designed to analyze and represent human thought structures while preserving human judgment authority.

Unlike conventional AI assistants, Cognitive Mirror does not produce advice, conclusions, or decisions.
Instead, it returns structured observations of cognitive patterns, enabling users to understand their own thinking processes.

Cognitive Mirror serves as the core observation engine within the SHINOS (Structural Human Intelligence Navigation Operating System) architecture.
