Summary
This release adds three comprehensive 10-page research papers presenting TrialMCP from complementary perspectives: Clinical Operations, Regulatory/Quality/Compliance, and Healthcare Interoperability/Standards. All three papers are published under DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18870961 with full LaTeX source files. The release includes a new /papers directory with individual and combined PDFs, LaTeX source archives, and updated repository documentation.
Features
- Paper A -- Clinical Operations: Addresses trial sponsors, CRO leadership, and site networks with focus on workflow sequences, deployment topology for federated multi-site trials, integration project reduction analysis (69% fewer projects at scale), and three-phase adoption pathway.
- Paper B -- Regulatory: Addresses QA/CSV teams, auditors, and compliance officers with compliance-first architecture mapping to 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP E6(R2), and HIPAA Safe Harbor. Includes complete permission matrix, error taxonomy, and 39-test validation evidence.

- LaTeX Source Archives: Each paper includes a zip file with
