TGB Osborn VR: example of changes in field names between 2014 and 2026

Description

This publication is a supplement to recording the process of updating a collection of ecosystem observations made between 1926 (the eariest comment dates to 1907) and 2014 at the TGB Osborn Vegetation Reserve, a large research enclosure situated in Koonamore Station, South Australia. The collection was first openly published in 2014. 

This spreadsheet illustrates the changes made in the data fields of one of the data sets—species abundance in a series of quadrats in the reserve—in order to comply with 2026 standards of the CoreTrustSeal accredited repository and of FAIR criteria. The process as a whole is described in a submitted paper, the details of which will be added when it is published.

V1 was the original version in 2025.

V2 is an amended version after external review of the datasets. More clarification is included, and some new rows are described.
