Replication Data for: New-type Urbanization Policy, Urban Expansion, and Employment Quality in Chinese Cities

This dataset contains the replication data and code supporting the findings of the article "New-type Urbanization Policy, Urban Expansion, and Employment Quality in Chinese Cities: Evidence from a Quasi-natural Experiment in China."

It includes:
(1) The dataset used for empirical analysis;
(2) All variables used in the regressions;
(3) The data underlying tables and figures;
(4) The Stata do-files required to reproduce the results.

Some raw data were obtained from publicly available statistical yearbooks and commercial databases. The shared dataset contains processed data necessary to replicate the results.
