Description
This document outlines the theoretical and empirical application of the Geomet-
ric Framework of Knowledge to biological composite networks, specifically targeting
the reversal of follicular miniaturization (hair loss). Utilizing the framework’s 7-Step
Derivation Template, we map the macroscopic interaction dynamics of Dermal Papilla
Cells (DPCs) to derive the precise structural stability thresholds required for continu-
ous growth. We further specify the hardware architecture for a non-invasive, substrate-
neutral actuator (The Geometric Resonance Cap) and detail a low-cost, in vitro experi-
mental protocol to empirically validate the required resonant frequencies and geometric
strain limits
