The files contain the R code and RData needed to reproduce the tables and figures of results in the manuscript entitled 'Managing pesticide resistance by changing the applied dose: a modeling analysis incorporating pesticide persistence and including low-dose mixtures', which is published in the Journal of Economic Entomology in 2026 (DOI: 10.1093/jee/toag010). The Methods&Figures.R file contains the R code and, instead of running a new simulation, it is possible to load in the exact simulation that was run to produce the tables and figures of results using the NewSimulationData.RData file.
