Description

The Swedish Reference Genome Portal is a service facilitating access and discovery of genome data of non-model eukaryotic species studied in Sweden.

Notable content

  • Bumped the JBrowse instance to the latest version (v4.1.13). This fixes a version-mismatch bug that caused tracks that use the GWAS plugin to not render properly.

Developer tools

  • Refactored the Hugo Dockerfile to allow pinning of the GWAS plugin version. The plugin JS source file is now downloaded and bundled during the Docker image build, instead of being fetched from npm each time a user visits the JBrowse page.
