This data package provides two curated datasets (Dataset S1–S2) and four reproducible R scripts (01–04) supporting functional-connectivity modelling and connectivity-based restoration simulations for riparian wetland mosaics in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (Pearl River Estuary).
