This record publishes Koma Notation Specification v1.00 of the Dualbind research program.

The specification defines a minimal formal notation that maps information distributions to geometric structures without presupposing external geometry. It establishes structural components, metric construction, curvature derivation, conservation conditions, and dimensional extension rules within a strictly declared Scope.

This document does not claim physical unification, empirical verification, or replacement of existing gravitational theories. Its purpose is structural formalization under explicitly declared design hypotheses.

本レコードは、Dualbind 研究プログラムにおける独楽記法仕様 v1.00 を公開するものである。

本仕様は、外部幾何を前提とせず、情報分布から幾何構造への写像を記述する最小形式記号体系を定義する。構造要素、計量構成、曲率導出、保存条件、および次元拡張規則を、明示的に宣言された射程のもとで整理する。

本仕様は物理理論の統一、経験的検証、既存重力理論の代替を主張しない。目的は設計仮説層における構造的形式化である。

本レコードには日本語版および英語版を収録する。
