HIDDEN EXPLOITATION AND UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEMS IN MODERN SOCIETY
Description
This paper analyzes the problem of unemployment as one of the manifestations of “open slavery” in the modern world, examining its underlying causes and socio-economic consequences. The annotation highlights globalization, economic inequality, labor market imbalances, the education system, and technological changes as the main factors contributing to unemployment. It also explores its negative effects (loss of income, social instability, and the decline of human dignity) as well as its relatively positive aspects (increased competition, encouragement of professional retraining, and stimulation of innovative development). Based on this analysis, practical recommendations are proposed to increase employment, develop professional skills, support entrepreneurship, and strengthen social protection.
