Description
This paper analyzes the specific features of the implementation of the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) into the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of economic digitalization and accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). It examines the legislative acts adopted in 2024–2025 aimed at harmonizing the national intellectual property system with international standards and substantiates the need for further development of enforcement mechanisms in the digital environment.
