Description
This deliverable presents the final report on the training activities designed for Security and IT Experts within the HellasQCI project. It consolidates all relevant training materials, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on laboratories delivered across multiple national public training events. The document identifies the subset of these materials that directly support the competencies required for understanding and evaluating quantum-safe communication technologies. It provides a structured competency model aligned with the goals of Task T5.3 and the broader objectives of WP5. The report demonstrates how the delivered training addresses the foundational, intermediate, and applied knowledge needed for working with QKD and PQC systems. It introduces a four-phase roadmap that transforms a diverse set of training activities into a coherent learning pathway. This roadmap enables experts to progress from classical cryptography foundations to practical QKD operation and integration. A detailed mapping between lectures and roadmap phases is provided in the annexes. The report also highlights existing gaps and proposes mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of learning beyond the project lifetime. Overall, the deliverable contributes a structured and sustainable framework for building national capacity in quantum-safe communications.
