  • Fix annotation-sync safety when Zotero annotation fetch is incomplete by preserving existing annotation chunks and skipping delete reindex operations.
  • Fix PDF sidebar sync for newly imported notes by re-triggering sync after doc index updates.
  • Improve PDF sidebar reliability with pending-sync trigger on note open and a manual sync command.
  • Map legacy worker PDF paths (/workspace/vault/...) to vault-relative paths for existing doc_index entries.
