Improving the reproducibility of published empirical research: the ReproCheck project

Talk given at the "Love Replications Week — March 2-6". The slides describe our approach to foster reproducibility of published economic research by piloting a semi-automated workflow to check the reproducibility of replication packages from economics journals. The project builds on the progress of the data editor of the American Economic Association and his recommendations and templates.
