Description
Formal Mathematical Unification of the 128 Codon
Double-Strand Model and the 21+/21− Amino Acid
Structure
1. Foundational Hypothesis
This document formalizes a unified mathematical framework connecting: (1) The 128
codon–anticodon pairs of the DNA double helix (Row 7 = 2^7), (2) The 21 positive (L6+) and 21
negative (L6−) amino-acid structures derived from the subtractive Lichtenberg row (Row 17), (3)
The integer mass-scale projection described in the Master Code framework. The hypothesis states
that biological information is fundamentally double-stranded, and that the informational totality of
128 elements projects onto a symmetric functional structure of 21+ and 21− states.
