Description

Reference implementation of LICITRA-MMR, an open-source ledger primitive that combines a Merkle Mountain Range (MMR) data structure with per-organization epoch anchoring, a versioned canonical JSON specification, and an atomic two-phase commit pipeline for cryptographic audit integrity in agentic AI systems.

Contains: MMR construction module, canonical JSON serializer, two-phase commit pipeline, epoch chaining, inclusion proof generation, 11 tests (all passing), 5 evidence scenarios. Python 3.12+, FastAPI, PostgreSQL 16, MIT license.
