These data include as follows:

 

1) all datasets including alignments for each gene and concatenated sequence; 

2) all phylogenetic results including additional analyses such as mtGene-only, nuclearGene-only, amino acid, and excluding 3rd codon positions;

3) BEAST analysis including xml file and its results;

4) Ancestral states reconstruction with Mesquite and BayesTraits;

5) Gene information including completeness, informativeness, heterogeneity, and saturation;

6) microhabitat information with PCoA analysis;

7) OUwie analyses with six continuous traits.
