Seagrass meadows in Argolic Gulf in association with aquaculture development areas

This layer has derived from a habitat classification using satellite imagery and ground truthing data, in the context of "Reposidonia: Mapping of seagrass meadows in the Argolic Gulf in association with aquaculture development areas" project. The methodology includes circumnavigation with a boat and snorkelling/apnea. The project was implemented by iSea and funded by Argosaronic Environment Foundation and Rauch Foundation. The final mapping product was produced in collaboration with terraSolutions mer. Accuracy of product estimated as 91%. More information about the methodology, product and project can be found here:
