The Electromagnetic Spectrum as a Void Péclet Landscape: Blackbody Radiation, the UV Catastrophe, and Quantization as Kill Condition
Description
Introduces Pe_Planck = hν/kT as the void Péclet number for electromagnetic modes at temperature T. Framework-native scoring of N=11 EM bands on O/R/α dimensions independently recovers the Pe_Planck ordering (Spearman ρ=0.9977, p=7.46×10⁻¹², n=11, SI #20). The UV catastrophe is a Pe→∞ catastrophe resolved by Planck quantization as a structural kill condition. Wien's displacement law locates thermal emission peaks at Pe_Planck≈2.82–4.97, coinciding with the void framework Fantasia Bound. Triangle closure connects §33 (Landauer erasure), §35 (P vs NP), and §37 (EM quantization) as three expressions of the same constraint floor at kT.
