Raw and supplementary data for a manuscript GH3 phylogenetic subgroups define divergent routes of auxin inactivation via aspartate and glutamine conjugation. The dataset contains raw images, excel tables with data used for figures, plasmid sequences and sequences for validation of CRISPR-Cas9 mutant lines.
