GLOBALIZATION AND THE PROBLEMS OF PRESERVING THE CULTURAL IDENTITY OF NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS

The objective process of globalization, the essence of which is the standardization and unification of all spheres of society, extends to the field of education. The article discusses the problems of transformation of national education systems. The article analyzes the problems of the development of national education systems in connection with the global processes of standardization of education, the use of digital technologies in the learning process, visualization of knowledge acquisition, problems of student identification as a result of the symbolization of the modern multicultural educational environment. It is shown that in these conditions there is a problem of preserving the cultural identity of national educational systems. This is especially true of educational processes in multinational, multicultural and multi-religious societies and countries. The globalization of education leads to a reduction in the amount of humanitarian knowledge, the reinterpretation of cultural symbols into signs, and informatization, which shifts the value attitude of educational subjects to the recognition of information as a fundamental value in itself. The article examines the directions of preserving the cultural identity of national educational systems as an urgent task for the development of the national national education system. It is noted that, on the one hand, the positive trends in solving this problem are related not only to the development of new technologies, standards, techniques and teaching tools, but also to the preservation of the traditions of the national education system. But, on the other hand, it is the preservation of national and cultural values and the national and cultural identification of students in modern conditions of globalization that is becoming the most important factor and tool for the development of the national education system itself. There are five promising areas for preserving the identity of national educational systems as a key factor in strengthening the political sovereignty of the Russian Federation in the current conditions.
