FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES: PROBLEMS AND STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS

Description

This article examines the systemic problems arising in the financing of small and medium enterprise entities based on a literature review. In the research, the high cost of bank loans, barriers related to collateral security, and the lack of alternative financing sources are indicated as the main obstacles. At the conclusion of the article, proposals and recommendations based on international experience are put forward to eliminate these problems.
