Description

This release is v0.3 (Calibration Entry) for the Riemann–Navier mapping series.

What this is

  • An audit-first calibration protocol for selecting coh_min under pre-registered locks (Omega/ROI/B_post_id).
  • Not a proof. Not an equivalence claim. NO OVERCLAIM.

What is new in v0.3 (vs v0.2 Implementation Entry)

  • Introduces a calibration workflow to choose coh_min with robustness-first criteria (outcomes should not flip under small perturbations).
  • Adds a dataset contract (SI-CAL-A) and a calibration log (SI-CAL-LOG) as auditable artefacts.
  • Keeps PASS / FAIL / INCOMPLETE semantics unchanged (gate definition remains frozen).
  • Maintains strict non-circularity (no RH zero tables; no known-solution tables; no post-hoc gate fitting).
