Description

We present a deterministic structural framework that reduces the Twin Primes Conjecture to a finite primitive-divisor multiplicity problem. The reduction is unconditional at the structural and analytic levels and isolates a single remaining arithmetic supply statement concerning square divisibility in a structured quadratic stream. No density arguments are used in the structural phase of the reduction. The Twin Primes Conjecture follows if a specific primitive-divisor-with- multiplicity condition holds. Upon completion of unconditional arithmetic closure of Twin Primes Conjecture, this manuscript will be updated and re-published as a completely unconditional structural, analytic and arithmetic closure of the Twin Primes Conjecture - this first of it’s kind
