Description

Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) has emerged as a crucial determinant of organizational competitiveness and sustainability in the contemporary global economy. This study investigates the role of SHRM in fostering sustainable competitive advantage within the context of Uzbekistan’s economic transformation. Drawing upon macroeconomic labor indicators, enterprise-level performance data, and institutional development trends, the research explores how strategic HR practices contribute to productivity growth, organizational resilience, and innovation capacity. The findings demonstrate that organizations integrating strategic workforce planning, training investment, performance-based incentives, and digital HR systems achieve superior economic outcomes. Statistical evidence from Uzbekistan highlights a strong positive relationship between human capital investment and labor productivity, reinforcing the strategic importance of HRM reforms for long-term economic development.
