ADVANTAGES OF APPLYING AGILE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
Description
This scientific article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations as well as the practical advantages of applying Agile and Project Management methodologies to improve the human resource management system in educational institutions. The study examines modern management approaches, particularly the principles of the Agile Manifesto and the project management standards developed by the Project Management Institute, in planning, monitoring, and evaluating HR processes. Furthermore, the article substantiates, through the example of educational institutions, the flexibility, rapid decision-making, and enhanced teamwork fostered by Agile methodology, as well as the systematic, goal-oriented, and resource-efficient nature of the Project Management approach.
