Description
Promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population is one of the key priorities of modern public health policy. In recent years, significant attention has been paid in Uzbekistan to improving population health through preventive measures, health education, and the development of healthy behavioral practices. The Andijan region, as one of the densely populated areas of the country, has implemented a wide range of initiatives aimed at strengthening public health and encouraging healthy living. This article analyzes the main directions, forms, and effectiveness of activities carried out to promote a healthy lifestyle among the population of the Andijan region. Special attention is given to preventive healthcare, health education, physical activity promotion, nutritional awareness, and the role of medical institutions and community organizations. The article also identifies existing challenges and proposes recommendations for improving the effectiveness of healthy lifestyle promotion at the regional level.
