THE CONCEPT OF MARRIAGE AND ITS LEGAL FOUNDATIONS IN THE FAMILY CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Description

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of marriage, its legal nature, and its legal foundations in the Family Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The legal characteristics of the marriage institution, the conditions for concluding a marriage, the legal consequences of marriage, as well as its significance in the life of society and the state, are examined. In addition, the role of normative legal acts and judicial practice in regulating marital relations is highlighted. The article is aimed at deepening knowledge in the field of family law.
