Bd absences or low prevalence in the South American dry diagonal

This dataset contains metadata from three field sampling of chytrid fungus (Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis, Bd) surveillance on adult amphibians across in Brazil from the South American dry diagonal. Data on host species, geographic location (country, state, municipality, site name, etc), collection date, collector identity, swabbing procedures, and presence/absence of Bd are available.
