Pre-Registration: Quantitative Predictions for Non-Local Brain Correlations via the Transferred Potential Paradigm

Version 2.0 — Updated to align with companion theoretical paper (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18823781). Seven quantitative predictions for the transferred potential derived from a fractional field model with α=1.2 (independently determined from EEG spectral scaling). Includes two-regime distance model, spectral enrichment ratios, meditation onset dynamics, and falsification criteria. Pre-registered before any experimental data collection.
