Description

Compiles SCPN Kuramoto coupling matrices into Qiskit circuits and validates bounded Kuramoto-XY workflows on IBM Heron r2 hardware. The package provides a Python/Qiskit front end, Rust/PyO3 hot paths, topology-informed ansatz construction, benchmark harnesses, raw-count provenance, and reproducible artefact packaging for small-system NISQ studies.

Notes

Part of the SCPN research framework by ANULUM. Hardware validation claims are bounded by the public paper artefacts, raw-count manifests, and committed analysis scripts. This Zenodo record is a software citation surface and does not assert broad quantum advantage.
