ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF INFORMATION RESOURCE CENTERS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article provides a scientific and practical analysis of the organizational activities of information resource
centers in higher education institutions in the context of modern digital transformation. The study examined the structure
of information resource centers, management mechanisms, resource development and allocation processes, digital
services, and the level of integration with international scientific databases. Based on empirical analyses, the existing
problems in the activities of Information Resource Centers were identified, and practical recommendations for their
improvement based on a strategic management model were developed
