This technical note presents a Tier-7 domain instantiation of the recursion-under-load principle formalised at Tier-6 within the Paton System. It demonstrates that signal processing systems exhibit the same structural distinction: closed recursive amplification leads to boundary collision when pole magnitudes exceed unity, while distributed constraint mechanisms (attenuation, damping, normalization) preserve bounded continuation when stability conditions are satisfied. No new operators are introduced and the foundational admissibility spine (Gate → Datum → ℘) remains unchanged. The document functions as a structural overlay linking abstract recursion stability to practical filter design and signal propagation theory.
