K-M–RAIM–UUA–HT IoT Spectrum Resource Sharing Framework: Reproducible Implementation

This repository contains the reproducible reference implementation of the K-M–RAIM–UUA–HT IoT spectrum resource sharing framework described in:

“Spectrum Resource Sharing Method for IoT Based on Graph Matching Algorithm.”

The implementation includes:
- Bipartite graph matching via Kuhn–Munkres (Hungarian) algorithm
- Multi-user spectrum sharing mechanism
- Reverse Auction Incentive Mechanism (RAIM)
- Unit Utility-based Auction (UUA)
- Hypergraph-based spectrum redistribution (HT)
- Simulation scripts and reproducibility pipeline

All assumptions required to operationalize the manuscript description are documented in the repository.
